Tarmeez Capital secures Strategic Investment from Tali Ventures to boost Credit Financing Services

In a move that signals growing confidence in Saudi Arabia’s evolving fintech sector, Tali Ventures, the investment arm of stc Group, has acquired a minority stake in Tarmeez Capital. This partnership marks a significant step forward for Tarmeez as it looks to scale its corporate credit financing operations and deepen its role in the Kingdom’s debt market.

Powering Expansion Through Strategic Backing

Tarmeez Capital, founded in 2022, specializes in debt issuance and investment solutions guided by Islamic Sharia principles. Since its inception, the firm has facilitated SAR 2.3 billion in financing and is licensed by the Capital Market Authority (CMA). It offers sukuk-based investment opportunities, playing a key role in developing Saudi Arabia’s fixed-income landscape.

The investment from Tali Ventures gives Tarmeez the financial momentum to:

Asset Management License and Future IPO Plans

According to Nasser Alsaadoun, CEO of Tarmeez Capital, the firm expects to secure an asset management license later this year. This will enable the company to not only issue but also manage credit financing solutions tailored for private businesses.

In a forward-looking statement, Alsaadoun also revealed that an IPO may be considered within the next three years, signaling long-term ambition and confidence in the company’s growth trajectory.
