Abu Dhabi-based syndicate Qora71 has kicked off its lead investing activity by backing eVoost AI, a fast-growing proptech startup, in a seed funding round. This marks a major milestone for both Qora71 and eVoost as they set their sights on reshaping real estate sales through artificial intelligence.

eVoost AI: Emotional Intelligence meets Real Estate

Founded in 2024 by Cristian Pastrana, eVoost AI is building an AI-native sales infrastructure for real estate. The platform uses emotional profiling and behavioral segmentation to power virtual AI agents. These agents offer:

  • Personalized property recommendations
  • Real-time buyer analytics
  • AI-driven sales automation

This innovative approach is designed to improve how buyers find properties and how developers close deals across global markets.

Impressive Metrics at Seed Stage

Despite being an early-stage company, eVoost AI is already showing strong traction:

  • $1.9 billion in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) signed
  • $1.5 billion in late-stage negotiations
  • 197 units activated across five real estate projects

The startup is currently working with a major Emirati developer, handling digital sales funnels across regions including the U.S., Europe, and Latin America.

Qora71’s First Lead Deal

For Qora71, this seed investment is its first official lead deal. Founder Youssef Salem shared that eVoost’s strong numbers and unique go-to-market model played a key role in the decision. According to Salem, the following factors influenced the investment:

  • âś… High signed GMV at an early stage
  • âś… Exclusive-contracts business model
  • âś… A proven founding team with a strong track record

Although the exact size of the round wasn’t disclosed, Qora71 will provide hands-on support via its network of 114 angel investors, helping eVoost scale quickly and win new project mandates.

Growing Proptech Portfolio

Qora71 has been gradually building its presence in the real estate tech space, making it a key area of focus. Its previous investments include:

  1. Roomz – led the pre-seed round
  2. Partment
  3. Hotdesk

Salem also hinted at more proptech investments coming soon, signaling Qora71’s commitment to backing disruptive startups in the sector.

What’s Next?

With this new capital and strategic support from Qora71, eVoost AI aims to expand globally and refine its technology further. As real estate continues to embrace digitization, startups like eVoost are well-positioned to bridge emotional intelligence and AI for better buying experiences.
