Sira, the regional community for like-valued professionals, has marked its third anniversary with a milestone celebration titled El Talte Nabte (“The Third Takes Root”). The event brought together members, partners, and friends to honor three years of authentic connection, professional collaboration, and measurable impact.
Founded in 2022 in Jordan, Sira began as an intimate gathering built on a simple belief: professionals thrive when they can be genuine, with themselves, with others, and in the spaces they share. What started as a small circle has grown into a thriving cross-border community that prioritizes belonging over status and meaningful relationships over transactional networking.
Impressive Three-Year Impact
Since its inception, Sira has expanded to 150+ members across Jordan and the UAE, representing over 20 industries. In just three years, the community has achieved:
- âś… 190+ documented collaborations between members
- âś… 35+ new jobs created through community connections
- âś… New businesses launched by members
- âś… $4.2 million in collective net wealth generated
- âś… Growth rooted in shared values and intentional networking
“From day one, Sira was never about the room you enter, it was about how you feel in the room,” said Ayah Saeed, Co-Founder. “We’ve seen how intentionally designed spaces can turn surface-level interactions into trust, collaboration, and care.”
Celebrating the Journey
The anniversary event was structured as an immersive journey through Sira’s story:
- Roots – Defining moments that shaped Sira’s identity
- Members – Over 150 professionals celebrated for their individuality and shared values
- The Partners – Collaborations, including with Bank al Etihad, that fueled Sira’s vision
- The Fruits – Tangible partnerships, collaborations, and shared success
- Growth – Plans to welcome new members, enter new markets, and expand partnerships
“Our third year isn’t just a marker of time, it’s proof that when the right people connect, they can create something bigger than themselves,” said Zara Najjar, Co-Founder.
A Night of Connection
The celebration featured a live performance by Tayar, a non-verbal movement session led by member Randi Abdin. It was designed to ease guests into authentic connection. The event came on with the collaboration of members, partners, and the Sira team, with Bank al Etihad playing a key role in supporting this milestone.
Looking Ahead
Sira’s vision for the future remains clear, create physical, mental, and emotional spaces where professionals feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow. By anchoring people in community and shared purpose, Sira continues to unlock possibilities its members never imagined before.
