Transforming the Future of AI and Cloud in KSA

Salesforce, the US-based AI and cloud computing giant, has announced a $500 million investment in Saudi Arabia, reinforcing its commitment to AI innovation, workforce development, and local business support.

Announced at LEAP 2025, this investment builds on Salesforce’s Davos pledge to establish new regional headquarters in Riyadh and expand its presence in the Kingdom’s rapidly growing digital economy.

What this Salesforce investment Brings to Saudi Arabia

  • Expansion of Agentforce & Hyperforce – Cutting-edge AI-driven solutions to enhance business productivity.
  • Stronger Workforce Development – 30,000 Saudis to be trained in AI, with a special focus on women’s empowerment.
  • Local Cloud Capabilities – Hyperforce, in partnership with AWS, will provide secure, scalable cloud infrastructure within KSA.
  • Ecosystem Growth – Collaborations with Capgemini, Deloitte, IBM, PwC, and others to drive AI innovation.

Salesforce can empower Saudi’s AI-Driven initiatives

As AI continues to reshape industries, Salesforce is making AI education and skills development a top priority. A key initiative is a partnership with Princess Nourah University (PNU), the world’s largest women’s university. This will help the company to equip female students with AI and cloud computing expertise through Salesforce’s Trailhead learning platform.

“This partnership marks a major step in fostering inclusivity and preparing the next generation of female leaders for the digital economy,” said Dr. Ala Alluhaidan, Dean of Development and Quality Deanship at PNU.

Strengthening Saudi’s Digital Infrastructure

With the introduction of Hyperforce, Salesforce customers will be able to run workloads locally on a public cloud infrastructure, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations while unlocking powerful AI-driven automation for businesses.

“The rise of autonomous AI agents is transforming industries,” said Marc Benioff, Chair and CEO of Salesforce. “With Agentforce, Hyperforce, and our partner ecosystem, we’re helping Saudi organizations achieve new levels of productivity and growth.”

Can Salesforce drive Saudi Vision 2030?

With Saudi Arabia’s digital economy accelerating, this $500M investment will:

  • Boost AI adoption among local enterprises.
  • Expand Arabic language support for AI-driven solutions.
  • Foster a stronger tech ecosystem with leading global partners.

By aligning with Vision 2030, Salesforce’s investment strengthens Saudi Arabia’s position as a regional leader in AI, cloud computing, and workforce empowerment.
