Raya Holding for Financial Investments has launched the third and final cycle of its flagship accelerator, FutureTECH, in collaboration with GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft fĂĽr Internationale Zusammenarbeit). This initiative is part of the DevelopPPP program by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), aimed at promoting impactful partnerships between the private sector and development programs in emerging markets.
Empowering the Next Wave of Innovators
The FutureTECH accelerator supports high-potential startups working in areas aligned with Raya’s strategic focus. These include:
- Information Technology
- Fintech and Payments
- Smart Mobility and Logistics
- Clean and Renewable Energy
- Retail Innovation
- Customer Experience and Automation
This cycle began in March 2025 and has provided selected startups with tailored one-on-one mentorship from Raya’s executives, as well as strategic guidance from industry experts.

The program is designed to help startups turn great ideas into real-world applications. Participating startups receive:

The finale of the cycle will be a high-stakes pitching night, where 10 startups will present their solutions to a jury of decision-makers from Raya and GIZ. Top-performing startups will gain continued support, funding, and exposure.

The top five startups will join an Investment Readiness Program, a hands-on experience designed to prepare them for funding and growth. This includes:
