Builders Oasis – Empowering Web3 Startups in Gaming, AI & Blockchain
Ras Al Khaimah Digital Assets Oasis (RAK DAO) has announced the launch of Builders Oasis, its first-ever Web3 accelerator program. With a $2 million funding pool, this initiative aims to support early-stage startups in gaming, artificial intelligence (AI), and blockchain infrastructure.
The program is organized in partnership with XDC Network, a Layer 1 blockchain platform focused on real-world applications in trade finance, payments, and tokenization. Together, RAK DAO and XDC are working to foster a global blockchain innovation ecosystem.
RAK DAO Funding & Strategic Support for Startups
Builders Oasis aims to attract over 150 global applicants, with selected startups receiving:
- Up to $100,000 in funding from XDC
- Hands-on mentorship from industry leaders
- Fast-track licensing within RAK DAO
- Business setup and compliance guidance
- Networking opportunities with investors and key stakeholders
Applications will remain open until the end of February 2025. The chosen startups will have the opportunity to showcase their innovations during demo days and industry events in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.

The accelerator will help startups reduce setup costs, integrate seamlessly into RAK DAO. Additionally, they will receive support in market strategy and scaling operations.
