The Peshawar Digital Fest 2025, one of the largest IT and entrepreneurial events in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, concluded on January 16 at the University of Agriculture Peshawar. Over three days, it brought together students, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders, opening doors to learning, collaboration, and career growth.
Opportunities Galore for Attendees
The festival offered attendees an array of opportunities, including 50 job openings and 1,000 free digital marketing training sessions. Freelancing emerged as a highlight, with experts showing participants how they could earn up to $500 per month with basic skills.
Organized by Metrix Pakistan and Safe, the event featured sessions on AI, cybersecurity, IT training, digital marketing, e-commerce, and freelancing. Alongside these, the festival hosted a Talent Award Show, hackathons, a job fair, startup stalls, and even a vibrant food gala.
Industry Leaders Share Insights
Prominent companies like Vanar, RankingGrow, Let’s Grow, and TechBrixia participated, providing networking platforms and learning opportunities.
Keynote speakers included Hisham Sarwar, CEO of Innovista, who encouraged freelancing as a path to financial independence. Sarwar emphasized that mastering simple skills could empower anyone to earn a sustainable income online.
Hassan Nisar, Founder and CEO of Metrix Pakistan, led a session on cybersecurity titled “Safe, Secure, and Responsible Cyberspace.” Drawing from his experience recovering over 800 hacked accounts, he underscored the importance of secure digital practices and the fight against cyber threats.

The festival attracted over 15,000 attendees, including students, entrepreneurs, and government officials. A strong focus on skill development was evident through training and job opportunities announced during the event.
Ammad Ali, CEO of RankingGrow, revealed 50 job openings and 1,000 free digital marketing training sessions tailored for students. Similarly, Huzaifa Behram, CEO of Let’s Grow, offered 1,500 e-commerce training sessions, further expanding the skill-building initiatives.
