UAE-based AI startup Lumi AI has successfully raised $3.7 million in a seed funding round to expand its conversational analytics platform. The investment round was led by AgFunder, a Silicon Valley venture capital firm focused on AI-driven supply chain solutions. Other participants included Forum Ventures, Abu Dhabi’s ADQ sovereign wealth fund, Qora71 syndicate, and multiple angel investors.
Founded in April 2023 by Ibrahim Ashqar and Tudor Boiangiu, Lumi AI is designed to help retail and supply chain businesses unlock the power of generative AI. The platform enables companies to digitize their supply chains, create custom reports, and run statistical models using simple plain-language commands—eliminating the need for complex coding.
