Saudi Arabia’s startup scene just got a fresh boost. Meet Jaree, a brand-new platform that’s officially launched with a bold mission: to democratise early-stage venture capital access for startups and accredited investors. Founded in 2025 by VC veterans Faisal AlNaji and Noura AlNahedh, Jaree aims to bridge a critical gap in the Saudi VC ecosystem.

Matching Startups with the Right Investors

The idea behind Jaree is simple but powerful: connect high-potential startups with the right investors, faster and more efficiently. Startups often struggle to reach quality investors, while many investors don’t have access to solid, early-stage deals. Jaree changes that with a curated platform that prioritises trust, deal quality, and smart matchmaking.

For investors, Jaree offers:

  • ✅ A private, vetted deal flow
  • ✅ Opportunities to co-invest with trusted VC firms
  • ✅ Structured, insight-driven deal data

For startups, the platform provides:

  • ✅ Access to exclusive investor networks
  • ✅ Pitch-readiness support
  • ✅ Hands-on fundraising guidance post-match

Unlike broad-based crowdfunding platforms, Jaree is all about quality over quantity, ensuring that only investment-ready, compliant startups make the cut.

Built for Saudi, Ready for the World

The launch couldn’t be better timed. In 2024 alone, Saudi startups raised over $750 million, a clear sign of the region’s fast-growing appetite for innovation and capital. Jaree aims to ride this wave, introducing technology, transparency, and structure into what’s traditionally been a relationship-driven space.

Its slogan — “Venture Capital for Everyone” — aligns with the Kingdom’s broader Vision 2030 goals of opening up economic opportunities and supporting entrepreneurial growth.

How It Works & Who Qualifies

Jaree currently operates on a commission-based model, charging a fee for successful matches. But the platform is planning to introduce SaaS tools and premium features for deeper support.

To qualify, startups must:

  • ☑️ Be Saudi-based or focused on the Saudi market
  • ☑️ Show clear traction or investor interest
  • ☑️ Have a committed, complementary founding team
  • ☑️ Operate in scalable, high-growth sectors

Early Wins and Investor Praise

Jaree is already gaining momentum. It recently graduated from the Tech Champions 4 Fintech program by CODE and MCIT, and is now working with 150+ accredited investors. Several startups have already secured funding through the platform.

Investor Rakan Bin Khalid Alkhalaf had this to say:

“Jaree reduced 80% of the effort I’d normally spend on analysis. Within three days, I closed a deal I otherwise would’ve missed. It’s fast, focused, and incredibly efficient.”

What’s Next?

Jaree is now live and accepting applications from Saudi startups and accredited investors. Coming soon:

  • ✅ Educational resources
  • ✅ VC workshops
  • ✅ Co-investment tools

With Jaree, Saudi’s venture capital scene is getting a serious upgrade — and it’s just getting started.
