ViAct, a Hong Kong-based AI startup, has raised $7.3 million in a Series A funding round to fuel its expansion into the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia. The round was led by Venturewave Capital, a Dublin-based private equity firm, with participation from Singtel Innov8, Korea Investment Partners, and the PolyU Entrepreneurship Investment Fund.
With this investment, ViAct aims to scale its operations, build stronger AI models, and bring its cutting-edge safety and compliance tools to a region rapidly investing in smart infrastructure and construction.
