Elm, a digital solutions powerhouse owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), has officially opened its first office in Muscat, Oman. This move is a significant milestone in the company’s regional expansion and a key step in supporting Oman’s digital transformation goals.
The launch ceremony took place under the patronage of Eng. Said bin Hamoud Al Maawali, Oman’s Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology. Also in attendance were Saudi Ambassador Ibrahim bin Saad Bishan and other senior officials from both countries.
