Egypt’s Creativa Incubation Program (CIP) has officially opened applications for its third cohort, offering funding, mentorship, and business support for early-stage tech startups. The program provides up to EGP 360,000 in grants and services, helping startups scale in sectors such as edtech, renewable energy, e-commerce, and smart cities.
CIP is organized by the Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (TIEC) under the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), operating within the Creativa Innovation Hubs and backed by Egypt’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT).
Who Can Apply for Creativa Incubation Program?
The Creativa Incubation Program is open to individuals, startup founders, and university graduates with an innovative idea or early-stage startup in the following sectors:
- Edtech – Technology-driven education solutions
- Renewable Energy – Sustainable energy innovations
- E-commerce – Digital commerce platforms and solutions
- Smart Cities – Tech solutions for urban development
The program focuses on pre-seed startups, providing them with resources to become sustainable businesses with scaling potential. CIP also promotes tech-driven innovation that addresses key market challenges in Egypt and beyond.
What Startups Receive
Selected participants will gain up to EGP 360,000 in financial and technical support over a nine-month incubation period, with zero equity taken. This support includes:
- EGP 180,000 grant
- EGP 180,000 worth of services (mentorship, consulting, workspace)
- Business & technical consulting
- Mentorship from industry experts
- A dedicated office space within Creativa hubs
- Networking opportunities with investors and tech leaders
