Devsinc, one of Pakistan’s leading IT services and enterprise technology companies, has acquired Datics AI, a top-tier AI-first technology firm known for its machine learning and predictive analytics capabilities. The acquisition marks Devsinc’s third major deal in 2025, following its earlier acquisitions of Alchemative and Cloud1, strengthening its strategy to build a world-class, end-to-end digital and AI transformation group.
Datics AI, recognized as Best Software House 2022 and founded by Dynamic Entrepreneur of the Year 2021 Umair Majeed, brings extensive expertise in data science, agentic AI, and advanced analytics. As part of the deal, Majeed joins Devsinc as SVP Growth, while former CTO Rana Umar Majeed becomes SVP, AI Enablement and Transformation. The move comes as the global data analytics market is expected to reach USD 402.70 billion by 2032, increasing demand for enterprise-grade AI solutions.
Strengthening Pakistan’s Position in Global AI
Devsinc’s Global CEO Usman Asif said the acquisition enhances the company’s ability to serve enterprise clients with next-generation AI capabilities. He noted that integrating Datics AI’s talent and innovation-first culture positions Devsinc to become one of the region’s most powerful AI and data analytics engines. The acquisition also aligns with Devsinc’s broader expansion across North America, the Middle East, Europe and APAC, enabling Pakistan to play a larger role in the global AI economy.
Datics AI founder Umair Majeed said the combined strengths of both companies will create enterprise-level AI solutions for international markets. He emphasized that the partnership merges deep technical expertise with a global delivery network, setting new standards for how Pakistani companies compete in advanced technology industries.
Building an End-to-End AI Capability Stack
