Saudi-based technology firm T2 has signed a landmark executive agreement with Syria’s Central Authority for Control and Inspection to deploy, operate, and maintain the Ole5 administrative communication system. The deal marks T2’s first official step into the Syrian market, signaling its intent to expand across the broader MENA region.
The agreement was signed by Sultan Al-Hamza, Vice President of Business at T2, and Hani Hassan Al-Obaid, Executive Advisor for Digital Transformation and Chief Information Security Officer at the Syrian authority.

According to Al-Hamza, the collaboration is a direct outcome of the Saudi-Syrian Investment Forum held in Damascus.
